ABOUT US
Café Plus was founded in 1992 and became a Limited Company in 2003. This family-run café provides eat in, takeaway and food delivery services to homes, local businesses, and corporate organisations. The business owns its own catering kitchen from where all its foods are freshly made under the watchful eyes of Owner Chef Alan Draper, who commands over 30 years’ experience in the catering business. We also provide sandwich rounds in our own van-Delete

HOW DO I ORDER GOODS?
Please complete your order on the website, using the mobile app or scan the QR Code for your convenience. You can also email us at: orders@cafeplus.uk  or telephone us: 01206 854855 to place an order if you are unable to complete it on the website. For all platter orders, please order at the latest, by 2pm the day before your event and please order from our platter menu. For late or same day orders, please call us to discuss if we can fulfil the order. If your company would like to hold an account with us, please email orders@cafeplus.uk.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can update, abandon, or cancel your order at any time before clicking the submit button. Please ensure you are happy with your order before confirming it, as once your order is submitted on our website, you cannot cancel it. If you wish to amend at this stage, please contact the shop immediately by telephone. Once your order has been accepted, we will be unable to refund you any money.

DELIVERY & MINIMUM ORDERS
We offer free delivery for a minimum order amount of £4.99 (for all orders from within 2 miles from Café Plus+) or £10.99 (for all orders within 2-3 miles from Café Plus+). Any orders within these zones that do not meet the minimum order amount will be subject to a delivery charge of £1.99.

Any orders placed from more than 3 miles away from Café Plus+ will default to “Collection”. However, we may happily agree to deliver large orders placed outside of our delivery zone – please do call us to discuss this.

FOOD ALLERGENS
Café Plus+ produces foods in its own catering kitchen where ingredients containing allergens are handled by employees, and where equipment and utensils are used for multiple menu items, including those containing allergens. Although every meal is prepared with care, we cannot guarantee it will be allergen free, even after ingredients have been removed upon request. CARD PAYMENT & TRANSACTIONS
Online orders can be paid for by credit and debit cards. In the shop and our sandwich van-delete, we accept cash payments, credit/debit cards, apple pay and google pay.  We use third party providers to securely store your payment card information and process your payments. You understand and agree that, when you register a payment card, Café Plus+ and its third-party providers may verify that the payment card you registered is valid.

Our focus is to meet our customers’ expectations and build lasting relationships. We, therefore, take all feedback seriously, whether positive or negative, to help us understand your expectations better and improve our quality and service.
